Watershed


A watershed is a dividing line where water either in liquid or frozen form flows in opposite directions. This could be a mountain peak.


Additionally, a water shed can be described as an area where the water actually is caught. This could be termed as a basin; and it could be a river or lake that is fed by the water flow.
