Water Heating
Water heating, warms water above its initial temperature. Water can be heated to the point where it becomes steam.
Heated water can be used for a variety of tasks including bathing, cleaning and cooking.
Heating water into steam has many industrial uses including laundry and turbine power.
In the home, water heaters are used to heat or tap water and our baths and showers. Water is stored in a drum or cylinder like device where the water is heated to a desired temperature. This water runs to the tap via a hot water line.
