Water Therapy
Water therapy uses water to heal and improve health.
First, one type of water therapy is advocated by some to help cleanse ones’ bowels.
Another form of water therapy is the moving in water to rehabilitate an injury or help with fitness. The water creates a light resistance which helps with toning. The water with its buoyancy helps take stress off other joints while the person is in motion. Water therapy is also believed to relieve stress and arthritic pain.
